How to refer a friend:

Suggest a potential candidate for an opening in ASD

Send contact information to hr@asd.team according to the following scheme:
- Mail Subject: Recommendation
- Surname and name of the candidate
- The name of the vacancy
- Link to LinkedIn profile (if available)
- Attach the CV to the letter
- Your last name and first name
- Your contact details
Make sure the candidate is informed about the recommendation you make and he is interested in cooperation with the ASD team.
We will inform you about all stages of communication with the candidate.
Who can`t be recommended
- You cannot recommend yourself, but you can get acquainted with the open vacancies in ASD or send a CV for a future position that would be right for you and we will contact you.)
- It is not possible to recommend a candidate who has completed the ASD internship or collaborated with ASD in the last 6 months.
- The referral program is not valid if the candidate communicated with our recruiter in the last 3 months.
Terms of bonus accrual:
- The size of the bonus depends on the position and technical level of the candidate.
- The amount of remuneration can range from $ 200 to $ 2,000. We will be able to provide detailed information after a technical interview with the candidate.s
- Remuneration is paid after the successful completion of the probationary period by the candidate you have recommended (probationary period - 3 months).
