Key Responsibilities

- Project Management Experience: Planning and organizing team activities (setting goals, defining requirements, and controlling deadlines).
- Presentation Skills: Confidently and clearly deliver presentations to both the team and clients.
- Knowledge in Project lifecycle
- Risk Management skills: Identifying, analyzing risks, and developing response plans.
- Team Management skills : Organizing retrospectives, sprint planning, and leading daily standups.
- High communication and negotiation skills:
- Ability to establish effective communication between clients and the team
- Active listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of both the team and clients.
- Strong communication skills for regularly updating clients on project progress and potential risks.
- Ensure mutual understanding and agreement between the client and the team
