Revyoos Case Study
Revyoos, founded in 2020, is a review management platform that helps property managers and owners gather reviews from multiple online travel agencies (OTAs) in one convenient place. Designed for the Travel and Hospitality industry, it supports Property Owners and Property Managers by streamlining review management from seven major OTAs: Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking, Tripadvisor, Expedia, Google, and Trustpilot. By integrating Revyoos’ review widget into their websites, users can enhance online credibility, boost SEO, and improve conversion rates.

Revyoos approached us with the request to continue its platform development by adding integration with Hostfully. This expansion would streamline operations and enhance property managers’ experience by consolidating their review management further.
To support the additional integrations and new features, we scaled up our team to accommodate the client’s request. On the client’s side, there was a single designer involved, ensuring a focused vision for the user interface and experience.

Our team developed a robust review management system in Revyoos, empowering property managers to efficiently consolidate and organize feedback from all connected OTAs in a single, streamlined platform. Key features include:
- Comprehensive review viewing across OTAs, with filtering options by platform, rating, or response status.
- Support for uploading property lists, sorting, and exporting data in accessible formats.
To simplify review collection and property management, we implemented a dynamic dashboard where users can manage properties, send review requests to clients, and add property links for each OTA either manually or via custom entry. This process initiates review gathering (scraping) automatically. Additionally, our team created a Quick Start process for Airbnb, which imports profiles and property details seamlessly, making new user onboarding straightforward.
The Revyoos platform includes a custom widget feature, developed to enable users to display reviews on their websites with:
- Customizable templates and styling
- Options to display reviews from specific OTAs and organize them by preference
- Flexibility for creating global widgets (for all properties and OTAs) or property-specific widgets
To streamline the embedding process, users receive a generated code to place on their websites, enabling their audience to view reviews and access properties or OTAs directly.
To boost engagement and personalization, we integrated ChatGPT Turbo 3.5 within Revyoos, allowing property managers to create nuanced, customizable responses to reviews. This tool enables users to:
- Tailor responses by adjusting language, tone, and other specifics
- Generate up to five unique responses for each review, ensuring responses match each property’s brand voice Note: Certain OTAs impose limitations (e.g., Airbnb’s 14-day review response window), which are programmed into Revyoos’ interface to ensure compliance.
